Hydrangea garden in Osaka Castle Park
The rainy season in Japan, especially June, is the time to enjoy hydrangea flowers. Many families grow hydrangeas in their garden. Osaka Castle Park has a cute hydrangea garden located at the southern end of the park. It is one of the best places to see a wide variety of hydrangea flowers.
The flower language for hydrangea is "fickle" and each color has its own language, like "you are beautiful but cold" for blueish ones, “energetic women” for pink or red ones, and “modesty” for lace-cap hydrangeas.
